Tradier disclosure

Tradier Brokerage Inc. is the broker of record for every account and order on strike.trading. strike.trading is independent software that connects to your Tradier account through Tradier’s API with your permission.

Who does what

  • Tradier holds your account, cash and securities, executes and clears your orders, provides market data, sends statements and confirmations, and charges commissions and fees.
  • strike.trading displays your data, computes values from it, and sends the orders you or your authorized agents place. It holds no customer funds and is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser.

Questions about your account, executions, margin, assignments, statements or taxes go to Tradier. Questions about the software go to us.

Our relationship with Tradier

strike.trading is a Tradier partner application. Tradier may pay strike.trading a flat referral fee when someone opens a Tradier account through our connection flow. That payment does not depend on whether, how much, or how often you trade. Tradier does not endorse or recommend strike.trading, and we do not endorse or recommend any Tradier product.

Data

Live market data comes from Tradier, is licensed to you as an account holder, and is shown only to you. The sample ladder on this website is delayed 15 minutes, rounded, and labeled as a sample.
