Terms of service

These terms govern your use of strike.trading: the website, the web terminal at app.strike.trading, and the MCP server at mcp.strike.trading (together, the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.

What the Service is

strike.trading is software. It displays market data from your own Tradier brokerage account, computes values from that data, and sends orders you or your agents place to your Tradier account through Tradier’s API.

strike.trading is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor or exchange, and is not registered as any of them. We do not hold, receive or transfer your money or securities. We do not recommend any security, trade or strategy, and nothing in the Service is investment, tax or legal advice.

Tradier Brokerage Inc. (“Tradier”) is your broker of record. Your brokerage account, orders, executions, margin and statements are governed by your agreements with Tradier. We are not a party to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account and for any agent you authorize. Keep your login and devices secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

Your orders and your agents

• You decide every trade. Orders are sent only on your instruction or the instruction of an agent you authorized, and only within the limits you set.
• You are responsible for the actions of agents you connect, including their errors. Use paper mode to test, set limits you are comfortable with, and use the kill switch when needed.
• We may reject an order that breaks a limit or a rule of the Service. We do not guarantee that any order will be accepted, routed, or filled by Tradier, or the price at which it fills.
• You can review every action in the log. Tell us promptly if something looks wrong.

Market data

Live data is licensed to you as a Tradier account holder and is for your personal use. You may not redistribute it. Values shown in the Service, including probabilities and prices, are computed from quotes and may be delayed, incomplete, stale or wrong. Don’t rely on them as the sole basis for any decision.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly. There is no free trial of paid plans. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation is immediate and stops future charges. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no attempts to bypass limits, rate limits or authentication; no scraping or redistributing data; no use that violates law or Tradier’s terms; no interference with other users.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability during market hours but do not guarantee it. We may change or discontinue features. We will give notice of material changes to these terms before they take effect.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [TODO: governing law, venue and dispute resolution — counsel to draft.]
